Dr. Hoe, originally from Myanmar, attended U.C. Davis and graduated in 1990 with a Biological Science degree. She then went to the University of the Pacific, where she got her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
She opened her own practice in 1997 and Dr. Hoe has been operating for her loyal patients ever since. Dr. Hoe loves her job, making sure to take attentive and gentle care to every one of her clients. Her life dream is to consistently treat her patients help them maintain their teeth and overall health.
